On January 16, Zotye Auto unveiled its annual performance forecast for 2025. The forecast projects a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company that will be in the negative, clearly showing that the company's operating performance is still mired in a loss-making situation. Nevertheless, there is an expectation that the net assets will register a positive figure by the end of 2025.
In the past, Zotye Auto reported that in the first three quarters of the year, it achieved revenue of 419 million yuan, marking an 8.98% increase on a year-on-year basis. However, despite this revenue growth, the company still suffered a net loss of 223 million yuan. The main culprit behind this loss was the shortage of operating funds, which severely hindered the resumption of production in its complete vehicle business.
