On January 14, the First Department of Equipment Industry (under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Department of Industrial Development (of the National Development and Reform Commission), and the Bureau of Price Supervision, Inspection, and Anti-Unfair Competition (of the State Administration for Market Regulation) jointly organized a symposium with enterprises in the new energy vehicle sector. The purpose was to strategize and coordinate efforts aimed at standardizing the industry's competitive landscape.

Key figures from the Equipment Industry Development Center (affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Association of Automobile Manufacturers, and representatives from 17 leading automobile companies were present at the meeting. The symposium underscored the importance of fully implementing the strategic decisions and arrangements set forth by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. Emphasis was placed on adhering to an innovation-driven development path, prioritizing quality, and firmly opposing unregulated 'price wars'. The goal is to foster a market environment characterized by high-quality products, fair pricing, and equitable competition.
