The European Union is set to release the 'Guidance Document on Submitting Price Undertaking Applications,' suggesting the implementation of a minimum price threshold for Chinese electric vehicles as an alternative to the existing tariff policy. This minimum import price will be determined based on the specific models and configurations of the vehicles. Companies will have the opportunity to submit price undertaking applications, and the EU has committed to upholding the principle of non-discrimination, evaluating these applications in strict accordance with the rules set forth by the World Trade Organization.
