On January 13, SVOLT Energy hosted its 6th Battery Day event in Changzhou. During the occasion, amid the rising global demand for "large-capacity plug-in hybrid" vehicles driven by the shift of family cars towards larger five- and six-seater models, SVOLT Energy introduced the Fortress 2.0—the world's largest-capacity 80kWh plug-in hybrid battery pack. This battery pack leverages highly integrated system technology, resulting in a 6% improvement in both volume utilization and system energy density. Regarding battery cells, it integrates ultra-fast charging graphite technology, enabling peak 6C fast charging. This allows the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in just 10 minutes.
