The Jiangsu Provincial Government has formally rolled out the "Artificial Intelligence+" Action Plan for Jiangsu Province. This strategic blueprint zeroes in on six pivotal sectors, with the ambitious goal of achieving seamless integration of artificial intelligence (AI) across major industries by 2027. Specifically, it envisions a scenario where the adoption rate of smart terminals and intelligent agent applications surpasses 70%, and further escalates to over 90% by 2030.
The plan explicitly underscores the urgency of accelerating the industry-wide application of autonomous driving. This includes fast-tracking the research, development, and deployment of sophisticated large models tailored for assisted and autonomous driving systems. Moreover, it calls for the construction of a comprehensive, data-driven algorithm framework that spans the entire development process. The plan also emphasizes the need to propel the R&D efforts towards intelligent cockpits that are optimized for high-level autonomous driving scenarios. Furthermore, it explores the potential of establishing an innovation hub dedicated to spatial intelligence and world models within the realm of autonomous driving.
Additionally, the plan champions the advancement of pilot projects centered around the "vehicle-road-cloud integration" concept for intelligent connected vehicles. This initiative aims to facilitate the networked identification of all traffic infrastructure components and enable autonomous driving operations within designated zones.
