This morning, LanTu Automobile's official Weibo account made a significant announcement, revealing that it has inked a strategic cooperation deal with Yinwang. The two entities are set to intensify their collaborative efforts in several key domains. These include the joint development of intelligent driving systems and intelligent cockpits, as well as the co-management of To C (consumer-facing) software solutions. To facilitate this, they will establish a joint team to drive cooperation throughout the entire value chain.
Moreover, the partnership will extend to bolstering cooperation in marketing initiatives and the standardization of brand elements. LanTu Automobile has embarked on an 'ALL in Intelligence' strategic path, ensuring that all its vehicle models are outfitted with Huawei's ADS 3.0 intelligent driving technology and HarmonyOS intelligent cockpit system.
Yinwang, which was founded in January 2024, primarily focuses on providing solutions related to Huawei. In its equity structure, Huawei commands an 80% stake. Meanwhile, Avatar and Seres have each made a substantial investment of 11.5 billion yuan, each securing a 10% stake in the venture.
