On January 12, following the 2026 XPENG Global New Product Launch, He Xiaopeng, the Chairman and CEO of XPENG Motors, announced that XPENG Motors' primary product range—comprising intelligent vehicles, Robotaxi (self-driving taxis), robots, and low-altitude flying cars—will all be aimed at the international market. Between 2026 and 2030, the company is set to fully implement its globalization strategy. He Xiaopeng disclosed that, as of 2025, XPENG Motors has already made its way into 60 countries and regions, with plans to further broaden its market reach in 2026. He underscored that XPENG Motors will intensify its local research and development efforts, along with manufacturing, and will roll out more global models to cater to both left-hand drive and right-hand drive markets.
