Collaboratively, they will establish Jiaxing Huihan Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter dubbed 'Huihan Investment'). Huihan Investment, functioning as a private equity fund, is earmarked solely for investing in a commercial aerospace enterprise. The overall capital commitment for Huihan Investment stands at 105 million yuan, with Huihan Co., Ltd. pledging to contribute 68.25 million yuan, constituting 65% of the entire capital commitment.
