On December 26th, it was reported that recently, the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court in Jiangsu Province has accepted the bankruptcy review application filed by Qoros Automotive Co., Ltd., with the applicant being Shenzhen Xinben Supply Chain Co., Ltd. Qoros Auto was once positioned as a high-end independent automotive brand but eventually underwent bankruptcy review due to long-term arrears in payment for goods and an inability to repay debts. As of December 23rd, the total amount of its frozen equity exceeded 35 billion yuan.
