Recently, ZEEKR issued a statement titled "ZEEKR Zero Distance / You Ask, I Answer," aiming to address several pressing issues. In 2026, ZEEKR plans to refine its warranty policies for certain vehicle models. Specifically, the first non-commercial owners of newly acquired ZEEKR 001, 7X, and X models, who drive no more than 60,000 kilometers annually, will be entitled to a lifetime warranty for the entire vehicle as well as the three core electric systems (battery, motor, and electric control). For ten-seat passenger vehicles that surpass the 60,000-kilometer mark, extended warranty options will be available upon application.

Furthermore, ZEEKR has clearly defined the warranty standards for critical components, encompassing key functions such as the vehicle's infotainment system within the scope of warranty coverage. The process for altering relevant rights and benefits will be conducted in an open and transparent manner, with the transition period adjustments set to be finalized by March 31.

In addition, the free charging privileges for the first owners of the ZEEKR 001 YOU version will be extended until December 31, 2026. Starting from January 2026, a standardized annual rights package will be introduced. The crowdfunding initiative for upgrading the assisted driving software and hardware of the 2024 ZEEKR 001 and 009 models has now concluded. Following this, software delivery and hardware installation processes will commence. Users will receive payment notifications within three working days, with the entire delivery process slated for completion by January 31, 2026.
