According to data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), in November 2025, sales of passenger vehicles from Chinese brands hit 2.169 million units. This marked a 1% increase from the previous month and a 5.8% rise compared to the same period the previous year. These vehicles made up 71.4% of the total passenger vehicle sales, with their market share seeing a year-on-year surge of 3.1 percentage points. From January to November 2025, a cumulative total of 18.978 million Chinese-brand passenger vehicles were sold. This figure represented a 19.4% year-on-year growth, accounting for 69.6% of the overall sales. Moreover, their market share experienced a year-on-year increase of 4.6 percentage points.
