Recently, Betel made an announcement stating that its board of directors, during the 12th meeting of its fourth session, had thoroughly reviewed and approved the "Proposal Regarding the Postponement of Certain Fundraising Investment Projects." The company has opted to delay the projected operational date of the "Construction Project for the Annual Production of 1 Million Sets of Electronic Parking Brake Systems (EPB)" from December 2025 to December 2026. This decision was made without any alterations to the project's scope, overall investment, or the entity responsible for its execution.

Betel explained that the postponement stems from delays in project fund utilization, which were triggered by shifts in the external macroeconomic landscape and industry trends. In a bid to guarantee the project's smooth progression and mitigate risks linked to fund deployment, the company has chosen to prolong the project's timeline. Importantly, this delay will not impact the designated purpose of the raised funds, nor will it infringe upon shareholders' interests. The sponsor institution has also given its consent to this adjustment, and there is no need to present it for review at the shareholders' meeting.
