On November 25, Tesla's CEO, Elon Musk, announced that after initiating its autonomous driving taxi service in Austin, Texas, this past June, the city will see a doubling of its self-driving taxi fleet in December. Presently, Tesla's self-driving taxis are operational in both Austin and the San Francisco Bay Area. Additionally, just last week, they secured the necessary approvals to commence ride-hailing services in Arizona as well.
