The latter is a wholly-owned entity of ZJXT, a globally recognized titan in optical communication modules.
The duo is set to embark on a profound collaborative journey across multiple domains, including optical communication technology applications, automotive assisted driving systems, embodied intelligent terminals, advanced packaging technologies, and industrial chain capital. They aim to harness their respective cutting-edge technologies and industrial prowess in the chip and optical communication module sectors.
At the heart of this cooperation lies the seamless integration of 'chip + optical module' technologies. The objective is to tackle industry challenges head-on, capitalize on the opportunities presented by the next wave of intelligent industries, and deliver groundbreaking solutions for the intelligent transformation of the global automotive and robotics sectors.
Together, the two entities will champion the application of optical communication modules in the automotive and embodied intelligent terminal landscapes. They will co-develop optoelectronic co-packaging solutions tailored for the next-generation vehicle central computing platforms. Furthermore, they will craft assisted driving domain controllers for both passenger and commercial vehicles, leveraging Black Sesame's automotive-grade assisted driving chips.
