On Monday, Australian Syrah Resources declared that it had forged an agreement with Tesla. This agreement entails a second extension, within a span of two months, of the deadline for addressing allegations of contract breach outlined in the graphite supply pact. Back in July of this year, Tesla sent out a default notice, asserting that Syrah Resources had not delivered qualified samples of anode materials. Initially, the deadline was set for September 16. It was then extended for the first time to November 15, and now, it has been further postponed to January 16, 2026.
