Recently, Maserati dealerships across various regions have taken to social media platforms, posting promotional materials to announce that the starting price for their inaugural all-electric mid-size SUV, the Grecale Folgore, has been set at 358,800 yuan. Launched in December 2024, this vehicle retains the same sleek exterior design as its gasoline counterpart. It is powered by a robust 105 kWh battery pack supplied by CATL, enabling it to achieve a driving range of up to 533 kilometers under CLTC (China Light-Duty Vehicle Test Cycle) conditions, and approximately over 400 kilometers in real-world, mixed driving scenarios.
Dealers have clarified that the 358,800 yuan price tag applies to the base model. However, when customers opt for additional features and accessories, the final on-the-road price typically climbs to around 400,000 yuan. This significant price cut positions the Grecale Folgore squarely within the competitive 300,000-400,000 yuan new energy SUV segment, where it will go head-to-head with emerging contenders such as the Xiaomi YU7 and NIO ES6.
