On November 14, Li Auto issued an internal announcement detailing the handling of two quality-related incidents, which resulted in 18 employees being held accountable. The first incident pertained to coolant leakage in certain 2024 MEGA models. The root causes identified included insufficient verification of coolant quality, inadequate battery testing and leakage risk evaluation, as well as improper assessment and handling of coolant leakage risks in affected customer vehicles. Consequently, five employees from the coolant verification department, four from the battery testing division, and five from the risk assessment and customer service teams were held responsible.

The second incident involved abnormal noise emanating from the lower arm bushings in some 2025 L Series vehicles. This was traced back to inadequate testing and verification of the grease used in these bushings, leading to the accountability of four employees in the relevant testing and quality control departments.

The disciplinary actions taken include termination of contracts for employees directly involved in the incidents. For direct managers and department heads, their annual performance ratings will not exceed the lowest acceptable level (denoted as "I" in the company's rating system). Additionally, they will forfeit their year-end bonuses and be ineligible for promotions for a specified period.
