On November 13, Faraday Future (FF) made an announcement: new models set to debut from 2026 onward will come fully fitted with NACS (North American Charging Standard) interfaces. This will grant them direct access to Tesla's Supercharger network. This strategic move signifies FF's formal entry into the mainstream North American charging standard group. (Here, using "group" instead of a more literal translation of "camp" can better fit the context and the business environment, as "group" conveys a sense of organized collaboration in the industry.) Consequently, future users will be able to tap into over 28,000 Tesla Supercharger stations spread across the United States, Canada, Japan, and South Korea. Additionally, FF models will continue to be compatible with third-party DC fast-charging networks, including ChargePoint and EVgo. The Global Co-CEO of FF remarked that this initiative is designed to boost user convenience and confidence in charging, thereby laying a solid foundation for the delivery of subsequent models and the expansion of sales.
