On November 12, DiDi Autonomous Driving unveiled a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), formally becoming a part of the Abu Dhabi Smart and Autonomous Vehicle Industries Cluster (SAVI). The duo will engage in joint efforts concerning the innovative utilization of autonomous driving technology, the cultivation of AI talent, and the establishment of an ecosystem, with plans to gradually broaden their collaborative scope across a wider expanse of the Middle East. The cutting-edge autonomous driving vehicles, co-developed by DiDi Autonomous Driving and GAC Aion, are set to be rolled out by the year's end.
