Several regions across Fujian Province have released official notifications, announcing the temporary suspension of vehicle trade-in subsidies and other related incentive programs. Specifically, in Fuzhou, the vehicle scrapping and replacement subsidy initiative will be discontinued from 24:00 (midnight) on November 17, 2025. Furthermore, the city will cease accepting new subsidy applications from 24:00 (midnight) on November 21, 2025. Meanwhile, Quanzhou has decided to put a halt to its electric bicycle trade-in program for the year 2025. Additionally, Putian will suspend its vehicle trade-in subsidy scheme starting from 0:00 (midnight) on November 21, 2025, and will no longer accept applications for eligibility verification.
