On November 12, the 2025 World Dynamic Battery Conference kicked off in Yibin, Sichuan Province. Zeng Yuqun, Chairman of CATL, revealed at the conference that during the first three quarters of this year, the combined export value of electric vehicles, lithium batteries, and photovoltaic products—dubbed the "new three"—hit 909.7 billion yuan. Among this, lithium battery exports accounted for 397.1 billion yuan, making up 43.7% of the total. Out of the total 199 GWh of lithium batteries exported, CATL contributed 116 GWh, representing a 58.3% market share. Furthermore, CATL's 13 major global production bases have collectively generated 150,000 job opportunities. In the same period, the company paid 24.5 billion yuan in taxes, invested over 15 billion yuan in research and development, and currently holds or has applied for nearly 50,000 patents.
