Within 2025, Japan's Aeon will establish a sales partnership with Chinese pure electric vehicle manufacturer BYD. Initially, they plan to set up sales points in approximately 30 commercial facilities and general supermarkets across Japan. Through special discounts, consumers can purchase cars starting at around 2 million yen (approximately RMB 95,000). BYD plans to increase the number of its exclusive stores in Japan to 100 by 2025, and Aeon will set up sales points near these exclusive stores.
