The statement clarified that the matter at hand pertains to a contractual disagreement between Leapmotor and Guangzhou Shouqi Automobile Service Co., Ltd. Leapmotor has confirmed that it fulfilled its financial obligation in full, remitting the entire sum of 3,618,085.25 yuan by the deadline stipulated in the mediation agreement on June 25, 2024. As for the pending issue regarding the transfer of vehicle ownership, Leapmotor is actively engaging in discussions with Guangzhou Shouqi Automobile Service Co., Ltd. in an effort to reach an amicable and suitable resolution.
