The Legal Department of Li Auto recently released a statement highlighting that several We-Media accounts have, under the pretext of "reviews," intentionally published conclusions about vehicle performance that starkly deviate from reality. Such actions are suspected of maliciously spreading rumors and misleading consumers. On September 16, the We-Media account "25-Degree Exam Hall" posted a video that maliciously disparaged the Li Auto i8. This was achieved through concealing improper operations, selectively editing the testing process, and employing other deceptive tactics, thereby tarnishing the product's reputation and disrupting the market order. Li Auto has confirmed that it has gathered comprehensive evidence and will seek to hold the relevant parties legally accountable in accordance with the law.
