On September 12, news surfaced that XPENG's inaugural extended-range SUV, the XPENG G7, has made its way into the new vehicle declaration catalog published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This vehicle will boast a comprehensive full-domain 800V high-voltage platform architecture, paired with 5C ultra-fast charging batteries. It promises a pure electric driving range extending up to 430 kilometers and is slated for market introduction in the first quarter of 2026.
