On September 6, 2025, the official WeChat account of WM Motor released a White Paper to Suppliers, announcing that, in accordance with the reorganization plan approved by the court, Shenzhen Xiangfei has taken over four WM Motor companies and is driving the rapid resumption of mass production of the WM EX5 and E.5 models at the Wenzhou base.
