BYD Files for Trademark Registration of "National Intelligent Driving"

On September 10, information from the Tianyancha App revealed that BYD Co., Ltd. has recently submitted applications to register two trademarks: "BYD National Intelligent Driving" and "Tian Shen Zhi Yan National Intelligent Driving". These trademarks fall under the international classification for website services. As of now, the trademark applications are still awaiting substantive examination.
Founded in February 1995, BYD is headed by its legal representative, Wang Chuanfu, and boasts a registered capital of approximately 9.117 billion RMB. Among its shareholders are Hong Kong Central Clearing (Nominees) Limited, Wang Chuanfu himself, Lv Xiangyang, and several other entities.
