On September 9th, XPENG Motors proudly unveiled its inaugural model in the super range-extended lineup: the XPENG X9. This vehicle stands out with a CLTC pure electric driving range surpassing 450 kilometers and an impressive combined range exceeding 1,600 kilometers, setting a new benchmark for range capability in its global class.

The XPENG X9 is powered by an 800V high-voltage platform and incorporates 5C super-fast charging technology. Its remarkable range is a testament to its efficient energy management system and sizable battery pack. In terms of performance, the vehicle is propelled by a rear-mounted motor delivering a maximum power output of 210kW. It is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, offering a driving range that significantly outperforms its competitors in the same segment.

Regarding intelligence, the XPENG X9 is outfitted with the AI Tianji system, which boasts predictive capabilities. According to the declaration catalog released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the vehicle's dimensions—including length, width, height, and wheelbase—have been disclosed. Additionally, the XPENG X9 features the 'Roc Super Electric System,' maintaining the design aesthetics of the pure electric version with only subtle modifications to the front fascia and rear bumper.

The XPENG X9 is anticipated to make its market debut in the fourth quarter of 2025.
