On the afternoon of September 8th (Beijing Time), XPENG Motors announced at the Munich Auto Show press conference that its first European R&D center has officially opened. This center is the brand's ninth global R&D hub and will collaborate with the R&D centers in Silicon Valley and San Diego. Additionally, XPENG Motors plans to launch an L4-level autonomous driving mass-produced model in 2026 and conduct Robotaxi pilot operations in China.
