WM Motor, a new energy vehicle startup that was once rumored to be bankrupt and shut down, has recently re-entered the public eye. On September 6th, WM Motor released a 'White Paper to Suppliers' signed by the Xiangfei Automobile & New WM Motor Project Team. It mentioned that, in accordance with the restructuring plan approved by the court on April 3, 2025, Xiangfei has taken over four companies of WM Motor and is currently making every effort to resume mass production of the WM EX5 and E5 models at the Wenzhou base.
