On September 2, Chery Automobile revealed its sales figures for August, showcasing a strong performance with a total of 242,736 vehicles sold, marking a 14.6% year-on-year increase. Notably, sales under Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. accounted for 230,752 vehicles, representing a 12.3% growth compared to the previous year. Regarding new energy vehicles, the group achieved a remarkable sales figure of 71,218 units, surging 53.1% year-on-year. From January to August, the group's cumulative sales reached an impressive 1,727,299 vehicles, indicating a steady growth of 14.5% year-on-year.
