On August 28, SAIC Motor unveiled its financial report for the first half of 2025. The report indicated that the company achieved a total revenue of RMB 299.588 billion for the six-month period, reflecting a 5.23% year-on-year growth. Despite a 9.21% decrease in net profit attributable to shareholders, which stood at RMB 6.018 billion, the company's non-recurring net profit surged significantly by 432.21% to RMB 5.431 billion. In terms of sales performance, SAIC Motor sold 2.053 million vehicles wholesale, marking a 12.4% increase from the previous year, and 2.207 million vehicles retail, solidifying its position as a leading player in the domestic automotive industry.
