Jiangsu Province's inaugural Chocolate battery swap station has commenced operations at Changjiang Road in Xinwu District, Wuxi. This station, a collaborative venture between Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) and State Grid Electric Vehicle Service Co., Ltd., marks a significant milestone in the region's electric vehicle infrastructure. Wuxi aims to augment its network with five additional stations next month, aiming for a total of over 30 stations by year's end, ensuring a 10-minute battery swap service in core areas. By 2025, Jiangsu Province envisions establishing over 140 such stations, encompassing key cities like Nanjing and Wuxi. By 2026, the province intends to cover all prefecture-level cities, with the total number of stations surpassing 300.
