On August 22, XPeng Motors proudly announced the signing of a cooperation framework agreement with Guangdong Huitian, with the agreement set to commence on August 22, 2025, and remain in effect until December 31, 2028. Under the terms of this agreement, both parties will intensify their collaboration in the research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service of flying cars, aiming for mass production in 2026. Throughout this period, XPeng Motors will offer Guangdong Huitian research and development services, technical consulting, and sales agency services, with annual transaction ceilings of RMB 900 million, RMB 1.8 billion, and RMB 2 billion, respectively.
