Indian automaker Mahindra has recently introduced a special edition of its all-electric SUV, the BE6, inspired by Batman. Limited to just 300 units and exclusively available in the Indian market, this model has been officially titled "the world's first commercially available SUV inspired by Batman." Drawing design cues from Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Trilogy," this collaboration between Mahindra and Warner Bros. Consumer Products showcases a bespoke satin black exterior, adorned with a golden bat emblem and 20-inch alloy wheels. Batman elements extend to details such as front door decals, ground projection lights, and a glass roof. Inside, the cabin continues the Batman theme with black seats featuring golden silhouettes and a unique serial number plaque on the center console. Powered by a rear-mounted electric motor, the SUV delivers a maximum power of 282 horsepower and a WLTP range of up to 550 kilometers. Priced at INR 277,900 (approximately RMB 220,000), pre-orders for this exclusive model will commence on August 23.
