Heavy rainfall disrupted communication in seven townships across Baoding in Hebei, Yan'an in Shaanxi, Miyun in Beijing, and other areas. In swift response, the Ministry of Emergency Management and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology dispatched six fixed-wing and hybrid-wing emergency communication drones, along with other necessary equipment, to establish an aerial communication network. Additionally, they activated over 4,300 satellite phones and other pre-prepared communication tools. Within six hours, the emergency communication network in the affected regions was largely restored, ensuring seamless emergency command communication.
