According to the latest IDC figures, Apple's PC shipments surged by 21.4% year-over-year in the second quarter of 2025, reaching 6.2 million units. This robust growth positioned Apple at the forefront among the world's top five PC vendors. Globally, PC shipments for the quarter totaled 68.4 million units, marking a 6.5% increase year-over-year. Apple's growth significantly outstripped that of other major PC vendors, including Lenovo, HP, Dell, and ASUS, which, despite their larger shipment volumes, recorded growth rates of 15.2%, 3.2%, -3%, and 16.7%, respectively.
