Recently, the ROMOSS power bank has garnered significant attention due to spontaneous combustion incidents, prompting multiple express delivery services to decline accepting recalled products. In response, ROMOSS officially introduced a measure where consumers could safely dispose of the power bank by submerging it in saltwater and submitting a video to customer service for verification, followed by a refund. Prior to this, ROMOSS had recalled over 490,000 potentially hazardous power banks and grappled with issues such as work stoppages and production disruptions.
