A recent survey conducted by CIRP reveals a pragmatic approach among Apple users when it comes to upgrading to a new iPhone. The primary reason behind these upgrades is not the introduction of new features, as Apple often highlights with its emphasis on AI capabilities, camera enhancements, and performance boosts. Instead, the survey found that a whopping 73% of respondents switched to a new iPhone because their old devices were either outdated or experiencing malfunctions. In contrast, only 18% of users cited a desire for new features as their motivation for upgrading.
