Recently, tech blogger Northwestrepair shed light on a graphics card fraud incident: A customer forked out a substantial sum of 2,000 USD (approximately ¥14,359) for an RTX 5090, only to discover upon delivery that the card's interior was completely devoid of any components, with both the GPU chip and memory stripped away.
