In response, Anker Innovations has promptly removed the affected products from store shelves and terminated its partnership with the supplier in question. Customers have the option to receive a full refund, an upgraded replacement power bank, or a voucher as compensation. Furthermore, Anker Innovations is offering a specialized fireproof protective bag to ensure the safety and secure handling of the recalled products during the return process.
