EzViz Network has announced that Hangzhou Qianmo Qinghe Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, intends to transfer 39.375 million shares (representing 5% of the total share capital) to Zhejiang Provincial State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd. through an agreement-based transfer at RMB 27.04 per share, for a total consideration of RMB 1.065 billion. The transaction does not involve a change of control, will not result in any change to the controlling shareholder or actual controller, does not trigger a tender offer obligation, and is not expected to have any material impact on the company's governance structure or its long-term sustainable operations.
