At the Android Developer Summit keynote, Google announced that its Googlebook product line will span traditional laptops and 2-in-1 convertibles, with plans to launch a detachable model "soon." These devices allow the keyboard to be separated from the screen, enabling users to switch between tablet and laptop modes. Google has not yet revealed specific products, pricing, or launch dates.
