The official Weibo account of iQOO Mobile released a teaser poster for its new smartphone, announcing the upcoming launch of the iQOO Neo12, positioned as a flagship model with dual-chip performance, this month. The device will feature an active cooling fan on the back. Luo Jiahui, the product manager of the iQOO Neo series, confirmed that the new model will incorporate a new-generation Ice Dome active cooling fan and a fresh Ice Dome air duct design, along with a flagship dual-chip setup. It will also be equipped with iQOO's highest-refresh-rate ultra-high-definition display to date, as well as a high-performance display driver chip. Additionally, the new phone adopts a brand-new back panel process that creates a flowing light effect when rotated. According to leaks, the device will debut with a Visionox custom exclusive display featuring 2K resolution and a 185Hz refresh rate, based on fourth-generation pTSF emission technology. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform (5th generation) and iQOO's self-developed gaming chip Q3, complemented by a metal frame, 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition, and support for 100W fast charging.
