Repair website iFixit conducted a teardown of Apple's latest Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4, giving each a repairability score of 4 out of 10. The Series 12 scored 1 point higher than the previous base model, while the Ultra 4 matched the scores of the previous three Ultra generations. iFixit noted that despite minor improvements, repairing both watches still requires removing the fragile screen first, and battery replacement remains inconvenient.
