On October 5th, China Aviation Industry Group made an announcement stating that the domestically-manufactured large amphibious aircraft, the AG600 "Kunlong," had triumphantly accomplished its 2026 deployment mission in Jiagedaqi on September 30th. Upon the mission's completion, the AG600 had carried out a total of 35 patrols across the Greater Khingan forest area, logging 100 hours of safe flight time and releasing approximately 390 tons of water. This significant effort effectively curbed the spread of forest fires in the region.
