In this communication, AT&T admitted that certain iPhone 18 Pro Max devices are experiencing difficulties in properly connecting to cellular networks. The carrier strongly encouraged these users to promptly update their devices to iOS 27.0.1. Prior to this announcement, a significant number of users had already reported instances where their phones abruptly lost network service, rendering them unable to make calls, send text messages, or even activate the 'SOS' emergency feature.
