Health and fitness smart ring manufacturer Oura and some of its investors plan to raise up to $2.2 billion through an IPO. Oura's smart rings can monitor various physical indicators such as heart health, exercise, and sleep. According to the filing submitted by the company to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, it plans to issue 50 million shares with a price range of $40 to $44 per share, of which the company will sell 13.5 million shares and existing shareholders will offer 36.5 million shares.
