At the 2026 vivo Developer Conference, vivo announced the opening of access for individual developers to its App Store. Individual developers can apply simply by completing real-name authentication, without the need for corporate qualification review. The platform will roll out development permissions in phases for three major categories: AI applications, BlueOS applications, and IoT applications, with the first batch already covering high-frequency scenarios such as intelligent interaction. With the pre-installed intelligent development framework, individual developers can swiftly implement core functionalities, reducing development complexity.
