iQOO has officially announced that the much-anticipated iQOO 16 will be launched and available for purchase at 7:00 PM on September 29. Positioned as a high-performance flagship smartphone, it asserts that its standard version alone surpasses the capabilities of the Pro Max models. During the recent Samsung Display × iQOO Screen Technology Communication Meeting, both companies unveiled their highest-specification technical collaboration to date, with the fruits of this partnership set to be integrated into the iQOO 16.

The core screen specifications of this smartphone are as follows: it incorporates 2K LEAD 2.0 technology, utilizes Samsung's M16 luminescent material, and is crafted on an exclusive flagship production line. It is equipped with a uniquely customized high-refresh-rate IC, making it the world's first smartphone to feature a 2K 165Hz screen. Additionally, it boasts self-developed Q-flex manipulation and control technology (Q-flex control technology), a multi-finger touch sampling rate of up to 500Hz, a 100% first-frame brightness ratio, and screen-by-screen color calibration. The global peak brightness reaches 2800nits, with local peak brightness soaring up to 10000nits.
